I had a great stay at the hotel, with a stunning location right on the beach that offered beautiful views and perfect weather. The bungalow was cozy and a nice spot to unwind, although I did notice that the space was quite tightly packed with other campers. Overall, I’d say it's a fantastic choice for beach lovers, but be prepared for a bit of noise at night from the road.

Rooms

The bungalow was basic but had all I needed, with a comfy bed and a lovely verandah to enjoy morning coffee.
Service
7.0
While the staff was not particularly engaging, the check-in process was smooth, and the overall maintenance of the area was impressive.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable for beach access, offering stunning natural beauty and peacefulness, while also being conveniently situated between Cairns and Port Douglas.
Dining
8.0
I didn't dine extensively at the hotel; however, the nearby café was a great place to grab a quick bite.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were adequate, with well-kept grounds and a decent layout for campers and bungalows.

The cabins are in a prime location right on the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy the scenic views and access to the sand. While the accommodations were comfortable enough, I found them to be a bit basic and pricey for what they offered. The kids' room was particularly small without A/C, which was a downside. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're looking for a no-frills stay near Cairns.

Rooms
6.0
The beach front cabin we stayed in was basic and had a very small room for the kids, leaving little space to move around. While the main room was comfortable with A/C, the kids' room needed better ventilation.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be approachable and the overall service was satisfactory. However, I felt the pricing for the cabins could be reconsidered, especially during the off-season.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to cafes and eateries, making it easy to grab meals without traveling far. Despite being near the highway, it felt surprisingly quiet.
Dining
7.0
We didn't dine extensively on-site, but there were options available across the road for breakfast and other meals. The self-contained cabins made it easy to prepare some meals ourselves.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were fairly basic, but the camp kitchen was handy and allowed us to enjoy some meals outdoors. The cabin veranda space varied which is worth checking before booking.

This place is a hidden gem for beach lovers, providing direct access to a stunning stretch of sandy beach that's almost all yours. While the bungalows are basic and not luxurious, they're tidy and equipped with kitchens, making for a comfortable stay. However, be wary of tiny ants in the cabins and note that you'll need a car to explore the nearby areas effectively.

Rooms
7.0
The bungalows are neat and tidy, though basic. They offer a kitchen but have some issues with tiny ants, so keep sweets tucked away. Overall, they are adequate for our stay.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great local knowledge and assistance with booking side trips, making our experience much more enjoyable.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic as it's right on the beach, which is the main attraction. It’s also conveniently located for short drives to Palm Cove, Cairns, and Port Douglas.
Dining
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities are more on the basic side, the well-equipped cabins serve their purpose. Just be aware that they share space with RVs and campers.

We stayed at this park hotel recently, and there were some highs and lows. It was fantastic to find a beachfront site that welcomed our pets, and the vibe was great. However, the staff's response to our needs and the noise from nearby traffic severely impacted our experience, especially for a family holiday we had eagerly anticipated.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, making it quite cramped for our family, and I had to leave the door open for some airflow as there was no air conditioning.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was not accommodating when we tried to explain our needs. The staff's attitude made us feel uncomfortable, especially with kids around.
Location

The location is right on the beach, which is a huge plus, but it felt too close to the busy highway, leading to a noisy stay.

Basic amenities were available, but they were cramped and didn’t feel well-maintained, especially for the rate we paid.

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel, with the beach literally at our doorstep, which was perfect for some peaceful relaxation. While the cabin was spacious, it was a bit worn and didn't quite match the 'deluxe' label—definitely in need of upgrades. The friendliness of the staff was a plus, but we were disturbed by staff inspections and barking dogs nearby. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not really worth the price considering the condition of the cabin.

Rooms
6.0
The cabin was spacious but quite tired, with worn surfaces and aged furnishings.
Service

The staff were lovely and friendly, but we were taken aback by a member inspecting the area during our morning coffee.
Location

The location is absolutely idyllic, right on the beach with lovely ocean sounds each morning.
